Dragonforged Systems does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.

EmberDraft is a document generation and productivity tool. Documents, statements of work, proposals, runbooks, and any other output produced by the platform (including AI-assisted content) are generated templates intended as a starting point for review and customisation by qualified professionals.

Dragonforged Systems makes no representation or warranty that any generated document is legally binding, accurate, complete, compliant with applicable laws or regulations, or suitable for your specific business circumstances. All generated content should be reviewed by qualified legal, financial, or technical advisors before use.

Dragonforged Systems shall not be liable for any business decisions, contractual obligations, losses, or damages arising from your reliance on generated documents.

Portions of EmberDraft's output may be produced using artificial intelligence language models. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing any AI-generated content before use. Dragonforged Systems does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal compliance of AI-generated content.

EmberDraft, the EmberDraft platform, the EmberDraft name and logo, and all associated software, systems, templates, algorithms, interfaces, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Dragonforged Systems LLC, protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

No portion of the platform, its source code, design, interface, or methodology may be copied, reproduced, reverse-engineered, decompiled, modified, distributed, or used to create derivative works without the express written consent of Dragonforged Systems LLC.

Documents generated by the platform for your organisation remain your property. Dragonforged Systems claims no ownership over the content of documents you create using the platform.

EmberDraft may integrate with or link to third-party services (including AI providers, billing processors, and communication tools). Dragonforged Systems is not responsible for the practices, availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by those parties' own terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dragonforged Systems LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Dragonforged Systems' total aggregate liability exceed the amounts paid by you to Dragonforged Systems in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
