Terms of Service

By accessing or using EmberDraft (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Dragonforged Systems LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

EmberDraft is a cloud-based document generation platform designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT service companies. The Platform enables users to create, manage, and export professional documents including Statements of Work, proposals, runbooks, and other business documents.

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your organisation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its underlying systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive source code from the Platform
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform without written authorisation
• Use the Platform to generate fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading documents
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Platform

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform — including all software, code, designs, interfaces, templates, methodologies, trademarks, and associated documentation — are and shall remain the exclusive property of Dragonforged Systems LLC. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited licence to use the Platform as described herein.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all documents, data, and content you create using the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant Dragonforged Systems a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content solely as necessary to provide the service.

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you input into the Platform complies with applicable data protection laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dragonforged Systems' total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or actions that pose a risk to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. You may export your data prior to termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
