Dragonforged Systems LLC operates EmberDraft. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the Platform. By using EmberDraft, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

Account Information: Name, email address, organisation name, and billing information provided at registration or during use.

Usage Data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, features used, and interaction data collected automatically when you use the Platform.

Document Content: Text, data, and files you input into the Platform to generate documents. This content is stored to provide the service and is not used for training AI models.

Communications: Records of support requests, emails, and communications you send to us.

• AI providers when you use Build With AI features — your prompts are transmitted to the configured AI provider to generate content
• Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. API keys and sensitive credentials are encrypted using industry-standard encryption before storage. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account termination, we retain data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

The Platform uses session cookies essential to authentication and operation. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect Platform functionality.

EmberDraft is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete it promptly.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Your data may be stored or processed in the United States. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform.
